$120/night + tax (Off Peak: October 1-March 31st holidays excluded) with a two night minimum.
$145/night + tax (Peak: April 1-September 30 and all holidays) with a two night minimum.
$50 cleaning fee for all stays, no matter how long.
$150 refundable damage deposit to be returned after your stay.
Holidays may have additional minimum stay requirements.
