Bedrooms:

Clean sheets on a made bed, an alarm clock, extra blankets and new sturdy pillows, thick tri-fold floor mats for extra sleepers, night light, etc.

 

Kitchen:

Complete place settings, mugs, glasses, new coffee maker/grinder/filter, oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, microwave, dish soap, flashlights, candles, first aid kit, towels, sharp knives, measuring tools, cooking spray, salt/pepper, some spices, pots/pans, plastic wrap, foil, etc.

 

Living Room:

Wood  stove, modest supply of wood to get you started- (bring more), DVD/VHS/CD player, a few DVD and/or VHS family films, TV —No Cable—, book exchange, lots of games such as Monopoly, Backgammon, Scrabble, Uno, chess, checkers, decks of cards, kid’s toys, blocks, high chair, Pack N Play, etc.

 

Bathroom:

New bath/wash towels, soap, toilet paper, some Band Aids, shower/bath, hand lotion, hair dryer, toilet —’sanitized for your protection’—, etc.

 

Laundry:

full sized washer and dryer, laundry soap, bleach.

 

Outside Shed:

Four beach chairs, Frisbees, medium sized Webber BBQ, modest supply of charcoal briquettes to get you started- (bring more), fire lighter or matches, small folding BBQ tool table, kid’s beach toys, balls, life vests, beach mats/blankets, etc.

 

What’s Not There:

To keep your expense low, we don’t have a telephone and cable TV.  Bring your cell phone and favorite DVDs.  Otherwise, enjoy the ocean!
